As a testament to the impact that IT is having on everyday life during the Covid-19 pandemic, here at Cambridge Support we are fortunate enough to be able to continue our amazing growth during this difficult time.
With that we are very pleased to welcome Nam Vu to the Cambridge Support family.
Nam is joining the Support Team as a 1st Line Support Engineer and will be helping all the customers with their initial support requirements. Having already worked in some internal IT departments and on-site IT settings, Nam will be well versed in the challenges that can be presented. Working alongside the rest of the team will also help Nam continue to develop his skills and knowledge.
Speaking to Support Team Leader, Chris Mashinchi, he said “Nam was the ideal candidate, he comes with a good IT background, experience and knowledge while still wanting to develop his skills and learning a lot more. Nam’s attitude towards customer service and helping clients in need was the perfect fit with the way that we run the support service”.
