It’s been a really busy summer for us here at Cambridge Support and we’ve been extremely fortunate to see some real growth in our business. We’ve welcomed a number of new clients to our services and hope that they will see the benefits of choosing us.
As many will know, one of our priorities as a business is to ensure the highest level of customer service, and to ensure that we can continue to maintain this as we grow we are delighted to welcome some new members to the team.
Kathryn Brooks joined us earlier this month as our first dedicated Account Manager.
Kathryn comes with a wealth of experience in Client Management and Customer Service, with experience working at all levels. Kathryn’s primary role will be all about the customer, making sure that everyone is getting all they need and that the rest of the team are delivering on our promises. We are sure that Kathryn is going to help us take our Client Management to a whole new level.
Liem Vu joins our growing support team as a 1st Line Technician.
Liem joins us after completing a Computer Science degree and spending a year working for one of Cambridge’s largest tech giants. Liem will be supporting the helpdesk team, working on 1st level tickets and making sure that we get the quick responses out to our clients. Happen to recognise the surname from our ‘New Starter’ post back in July? That’s because Liem now joins his twin brother Nam who started with us earlier this year.
Speaking to Managing Director, Philip Mashinchi, he said “We are very fortunate to gain two fantastic members into our team, both have great ambition and desire to achieve great things and that’s going to be of tremendous value to our business as we all grow together”.
We are really excited to see the growth and development of both Kathryn and Liem within the team and their relevant departments. We are sure it won’t be long before we see great things from them both.
