The word support is in our name and this week we were helping a client with their Tesla that had a data storage problem. At Cambridge Support, our team is highly qualified, and we love to go above and beyond. One of our clients needed assistance with their Tesla and we jumped at the chance to help. We enjoy keeping our clients happy and like to support them in any way.
One of our Senior Support Technicians, Nam, took time out in the evening to advise how to solve the client’s issue. Many of our clients know Nam from our IT support team and know he can fix almost anything IT related. Recently he completed his Datto qualification, which will further his knowledge and experience. We are very proud of him; he is an excellent asset to the team, and he provides our clients with high-level service.
Going The Extra Mile!
The issue the client had was that they wanted to format a USB stick to go into their Tesla vehicle. However, Tesla requires a slightly different format, and our client was not sure how to solve this. Through Nam’s years of experience, he knew that the standard way for formatting a drive on Windows was not the solution. Nam explained the cause of the issue to our client and pointed them towards a third party tool that would do the job. This saved our client a lot of time trying to figure it out themselves.
