Cambridge Support is growing with new team members. This month (September 2021) we will be welcoming three new team members followed by another new joiner in early October. We are all very excited and are looking forward to working with them. The positions will be a Service Delivery Manager and three Technical Engineer members. In addition, we will soon be welcoming two kickstarter training places. We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for our wonderful clients, who have been delightful to work with. One of our priorities as a company is to ensure the best level of customer service. Our ethos is “A personal touch in everything we do”. This approach is at the heart of our business and what we are about. We apply the same approach to everyone, our clients and internally with our team.

We believe in investing in our staff and ensuring they are looked after. For example, recently one of our Senior Support Technician, Nam, finished his Datto qualification. This is great for the individual, great for us as a company and it ensures our clients always receive a brilliant service. We’re proud to help our team achieve their goals and we are looking forward to now helping our new team members starting this month.
We not only support our employees to strive to be better, but we also support them by team building and other training initiatives. In addition, we have a healthcare plan available to all, free day off on your birthday, plus regular company funded team socials.
