Last year (2021) was a year of much growth for Cambridge Support. We had seven new happy employees join us and we hope this year there will be more! We wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for our brilliant clients, who have been a delight to work with. One of our priorities as a company is to ensure that the best level of customer service is achieved. We have even been recently named SME Business Awards Finalists nominated for excellent customer service.
Our ethos has always been “a personal touch in everything we do”. This approach has been at the heart of our business for decades. We apply the same approach to everyone, internally with our team and externally with our clients.
In 2021 we had seven new employees join us with a range of different talents. In May we had a Digital Marketing Manager join, to implement our in-house marketing plans. Later in October we had a new service delivery manager join us. Then shortly after a new Technical Lead specialist. Then later again, in December and into January we had another two more Technical Lead’s join, helping support our clients and fix their IT issues. Also, not to forget a Cyber Security Apprentice.
