In recent months there have been many changes at Cambridge Support with new people joining and current employees being promoted. We are excited about the current developments and look forward to more continued growth for Cambridge Support.
David, Technical Lead
This week we have had David join us. He has implemented strategic IT initiatives and is familiar with technical infrastructures, operation and development of software and hardware solutions. His previous role was a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer, and he joins the Cambridge Support team as Technical Lead. We are happy to have him with us and look forward to seeing him grow in his role.
Adam, Service Delivery Manager
Adam has been with us for a little over a month now and has fit right in. As a Service Delivery Manager, he is managing the accounts of our clients. He loves taking care of our customers, ensuring their needs are met and planning additional IT focuses that would benefit them as a business. He has been guiding customers with IT solutions to best suit their IT environment. Adam has made great progress already and continues to integrate well with the existing team.
Mark, Operations Director
A few months back we had Mark, formally a Service Delivery Manager, promoted to Operations Director. Many of our clients know him and know his voice from speaking to him over the phone. Mark now provides day-to-day support to the Service Delivery Managers, Helpdesk Team and Project Delivery Team. This is to ensure that Cambridge Support continues to maintain the highest standards. As part of the management team, Mark now works directly with our Managing Partners, Phil & Alex. This is to help develop and grow Cambridge Support.
